Gerry obtained his Bachelor of Physical Education at Brock University in St. Catharines. He attended Sheridan College in Oakville for Athletic Therapy and became a Certified Athletic Therapist in 1993.
Gerry worked for the Canadian Football League’s Toronto Argonauts for 10 seasons as the Head Athletic Therapist. While in Toronto, Gerry was co-owner of an athletic therapy clinic. Gerry was the Head Athletic Therapist for the Ottawa Senators from 2002-2016 and is now the Director of Sports Medicine for the Ottawa Senators.
