Massage Therapy is a wonderful way to initiate deep relaxation and rejuvenate a tired, sore body. It is used regularly to help in the recovery process of acute or chronic injuries.
Sessions generally range from 15 to 60 minutes. In your first session, a physical assessment is made to determine the safest, most effective course of treatment. The need for follow up sessions is determined by the client and is based on his/her individual requirements.
Most extended health care plans offer coverage for visits to a Registered Massage Therapist.
Massage Therapy is great for treating:
- Back & neck pain
- Muscle tension & spasms
- Headaches
- Stress & stress related conditions
- Insomnia
- Strains & sprains
- Repetitive stress injuries
